One of the features of the PPG is an NIH/NIA sponsored yearly symposium: "ApoE, ApoE Receptors, and Neurodegeneration." This yearly symposium will feature keynote speakers, talks by PPG and advisory board members, presentations from young, emerging researchers in the field, as well as four short talks selected from the submitted poster abstracts. The 2012 symposium will focus on ApoE Receptor Biology. The keynote speakers will be Joachim Herz from the University of South Texas- Dallas Texas and Thomas Willnow from the Max Delbruck Center for Molecular Medicine- Berlin Germany.

While the symposium is FREE, space is limited so registration is required.
